Refunds - Coffee:
As coffee is a perishable item and subject to individual tastes, we do not accept any returns/refunds unless there was an issue such as a damaged or incorrect delivery. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.
If the item was never delivered we will verify status through the shipment tracking number. If the tracking number shows delivery we will not refund the order total or offer a replacement. For further information on this policy please review our Terms & Conditions.
Payment Methods Accepted:
We accept all major credit cards as well as Amazon Pay and Paypal.
- US - Shipping is calculated at a flat rate up to orders of $35. Orders above this level receive free shipping within the Continental US
- Rest of world - Shipping is calculated by the carrier. Shipments outside the continental 48 U.S. States are shipped by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (HI & AK) or U.S. Postal Service Global Priority Mail (Canada and other countries outside of the United States)
Barspresso is located in Garrison, NY and we have warehouses in Chicago, Illinois as well as overseas. Please read our shipping guidelines below:
- Coffee orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days or less after payment is received If shipped within the United States.
- We try to get our shipments to customers as soon as possible but please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping in the Canada/USA and up to 40 days in ALL other countries. Feel free to contact if you would like a shipping estimate!
- Once your order is placed, we process the payment within 12 hours and your order is fulfilled within 5 days.
- All orders will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and another email when their order has been fulfilled and ready to ship (please check your junk spam mail if you cannot see it).
- Please note when ordering a variety of different products in one order that each product will arrive separately due to our multiple warehouses for different products.
